Users of NATO, EU and Belgium (according to the law of 11 December 1998) classified cryptographic means must undergo training essentially based on awareness. This training lasts 1 day. The validity of the certificate obtained at the end of this training is 5 years.
Personnel who are required to perform a function in the management of cryptographic NATO, EU and Belgium (according to the law of 11 December 1998) classified crypto means must undergo training. These functions are: crypto custodian, alternate crypto custodian as well as COMSEC officer. The training lasts 4 days, the crypto user course is a prerequisite. The validity of this training is 5 years. A certificate will be issued to staff who pass the test at the end of this training.
